Excellent surprise!Recommended by friends and colleagues as "the best in the area", we still wanted to form our own opinion.Well they were right!Fresh dishes, extremely well cooked, a real pleasure.There is no doubt that we will come back and take pleasure in showing this place to those around us.

On the Place de la Mairie, in the shade of large trees, a small establishment with a very friendly welcome. A pleasant setting and above all a local dish made with passion and fresh produce... it's a nice surprise outside the main roads, it's a treat from start to finish.

Is Conflans sur Seine well aware that this restaurant has what it takes to make the big tables pale?! A delicious discovery of this place, which has been located for 5 years just a stone's throw from us. We love good food, but this was simply delicious. A piece from Angus whose extreme quality we immediately sense, but worked with a refinement that says a lot about his mastery in the kitchen. The service is considerate and takes the time to present the menu and name renowned local producers. It’s extremely rare and so precious. We promised our taste buds to thank you for pampering them, it's done. We will come back, that's for sure.

We had reserved for truffle-based menus.Once again Chef Jean exercised his talent. Wetasted with relish. For oenological advice we havefollowed as usual the wise advice with a Meursault anda red Pessac Leognan. The room service is very professionalwith Michael.We are regular customers of this establishment and weconsider it a great opportunity to have a talented chef who is modest in his approach to his customers.We highly recommend. Very good meal on the terrace this afternoon! The restaurant is small but tastefully decorated. The products are fresh and very well cooked! The welcome is warm. Don't hesitate!
